Family Bank Ltd., a closely held Kenyan lender, said it’s cooperating with authorities after the state prosecutor ordered investigators to question seven of its “senior officers” in a theft investigation.
“Family Bank has always acted in strict adherence and in compliance with the provisions of the Central Bank Act, the Banking Act” and anti-money laundering regulations, it said in a statement published on the Facebook page of spokesman Norman Mudibo.
