East African Breweries Limited has announced the resignation of Paul Gallagher as a non-executive director effective 31st March 2019.
In a statement, Group Chairman Charles Munene said that Mr Gallagher had played a pivotal role in making the ruaraka brewery a world-class plant since he joined the board in July 2016,
“He also played a key role in supporting the board in arriving at the decision to make the investment in the Kisumu brewery and in oversight of the project implementation.
“The board of EABL takes this opportunity to appreciate the commitment and invaluable contribution made by Mr Gallagher during his tenure on the board,” the statement said.
