    Dubai Islamic Bank Kenya joins PesaLink Network

    Dubai Islamic Bank Kenya (DIB Kenya) has joined PesaLink, an interbank transfer digital payment solution, to strengthen its digital banking and provide more convenience.

    PesaLink, is a real-time 24-hour digital payment solution that allows quick bank-to-bank transfers easily, conveniently, securely, and affordably by Bank customers.

    “With the introduction of PesaLink service DIB Kenya customers are able to make single payment transactions of up to KSh300,000 and up to a daily aggregate limit of KSh999,999 conveniently,” said DIB Bank Managing Director Peter Makau.

    Available figures indicate that PesaLink has already partnered with over 29 commercial banks in Kenya to enable them to do real-time interbank transfers, 3 Million registered accounts, and the total value of transactions has exceeded KSh 200 Billion.

    DIB Bank Kenya Limited is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Dubai Islamic Bank PJSC.

    The Bank, which was licensed and began operations in 2017, is a fully-fledged Commercial bank that offers Sharia Compliant Banking services exclusively to both Business and Personal customer segments.

    The Bank’s branches are located at DIB Bank Kenya Headquarters Upperhill Building, Goodman Towers Westlands, Mega Plaza Shopping Mall Eastleigh, Suhufi Plaza Bondeni Mombasa and Bay Wood Building Kilindini Mombasa.
