ICEA LION Group has announced the appointment of Dr. Caesar Mwangi as the Chief Executive Officer of ICEA LION Insurance Holdings Limited. The appointment took effect on 1st August 2019.
Dr. Mwangi previously served as a non-executive director on the boards of ICEA LION Life Assurance Company and ICEA LION General Insurance Company Limited.
He brings a wealth of experience from his previous engagements as Managing Director of the Centre for Personal Leadership (CPL Africa), MD Sasini PLC, and Africa Regional Director for the Global Village Energy Partnership (GVEP).
Dr. Mwangi holds a PhD. in Organizational Performance and Change Management from the University of Johannesburg and an MBA from the University of the Witwatersrand.
