    DPO Group Kenya Granted PSP License as Co-Founder and CEO Eran Feinstein Retires

    DPO Group Kenya has received official approval from the Central Bank of Kenya (CBK) to operate as a Payment Service Provider (PSP). DPO Group is 100% owned by London Stock Exchange listed Network International.

    Founded in Kenya, DPO Group has been in operations since 2006 and has a footprint in more than 20 African countries.

    DPO Group was acquired by Network International in July 2019 in a deal valued at $288 Million.

    DPO Group co-founder and CEO Eran Feinstein Retires

    Meanwhile, DPO Group (DPO) co-founder and CEO Eran Feinstein has also announced his retirement after helping to build the company from scratch to become one of Africa’s leading payment providers. Feinstein, alongside DPO Group Chairman & co-founder Offer Gat, successfully managed DPO’s sale to Network International, a globally renowned enabler of digital commerce across the Middle East and Africa.
