- On Thursday US dept of Labor reported initial jobless claims have hit a total of 33.5 Million in the last seven weeks having fallen by 677,000 to 3.17 Million during the week ending May 1.
- Oil prices rose higher during Thursday’s trading session after Saudi Arabia increased June crude selling prices in all regions.
- Chinese Media reported that Tesla had failed to resume production on May 6 as it was scheduled citing lack of materials caused by the supply disruptions of covid19. The firm will continue assembling on May 9.
