Crown Paints says that its 2018 financial results will be late by almost ten days from the set deadline of 30th April. Listed companies are required by law to publish their annual results within four months following the end of the year.
Crown Paints says that the hold-up is due to delays in the consolidation of regional markets’ results. The company expects at least a 25 percent drop in net earnings after it issued a profit alert in January 2019.
CMA has given the manufacturer the go-ahead for the late release of its earnings. The firm expects to publish its results on or before 10th May 2019.
