Christopher Minter has been appointed Director of Britam Holdings Plc effective 20 December 2018.
Mr Minter is the Head, Principal Investments and Acquisitions at Swiss Re. He is responsible for the ongoing management of Swiss Re’s principal investments portfolio as well as for acquisitions and divestments of both strategic and financial holdings of the Swiss Re Group.
He has over 25 years experience in Investments Management, Private Equity, Corporate Development and Finance.
Prior to joining Swiss Re, Mr Minter held a number of senior positions at Deutsche Bank between 2001 and 2012. Between 1993 and 2001, he worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers in Prague and Zurich, where he advised international clients across a range of transactions.
Mr Minter holds a Master’s degree in Law and History from the University of Cambridge and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
