    Central Bank Of Kenya Launches its first Internship Program

    The Central Bank of Kenya has launched an internship program that will seek to develop a pool of young talent adequately exposed to Central Banking and commercial Banking operations. The internship program will take a period of 6 months after which the candidates will be absorbed in the Job Market. Previous regimes did not allow internship intakes citing the nature of sensitivity of the Bank’s opeartions.

    Basic Requirements;

    • •A first degree from a recognized university in either of the following disciplines; Finance, economics, Accounting, Micro- Finance,Management Sciences, Law or related discipline or a masters degree in a relevant field.
    • •Must be a kenyan youth aged between 21-29 years of age
    • •Provide recommendations from the university attended

    • •Goal Oriented,dynamic, passionate and self starter
    • •Team Player and must have ability to solve problems
    • •Well rounded individual
    • •Integrity
    • •Strong analytical skills
    • •Computer literate
