    Meet the 30 teams selected to join Celo Camp Batch 4

    In July, Celo Camp began scouting for the fourth round of startups to apply for its 8-week acceleration and mentorship program where teams receive tailored guidance on their business and technology strategy, designed to help build and grow their startups.

    The program is created and run by Upright in collaboration with the Celo Foundation and seeks to guide decentralized technology startups in building scalable and sustainable businesses on Celo.

    With more than 292 of hopeful applications from over 60 countries around the world, a vigorous selection process, and just few spots up for grabs, Celo Camp this week announced the 30 teams of Batch 4!

    “After 3 batches, 57 alumni, and more than $15,000,000 raised by graduates since 2020, Batch 4 is our largest cohort to date. Get ready to experience the mobile-first dApps these teams will bring to market.” Celo Camp announced on its website.

    Here are the 30 Teams of Celo Camp Batch 4:

    In the fourth batch, the selected startups will get access to mentors from organizations like a16z, NFX, Deutsche Telekom, Electric Capital, Galaxy Digital, Flori Ventures, Mechanism Capital, Edge, CoinList, Figment, Collider Ventures, Teller Finance, Eterna Capital, Tackett Bartlett LLP, Cardinal Cryptography, Halodoc, cLabs as well as the Celo Foundation.

    The top 9 finalists will present their dApps on Demo Day to the Celo community, investors, and mentors on Nov. 16.

    The 1st and 2nd place teams will receive 10,000 cUSD and 5,000 cUSD respectively. In addition, 5 teams will receive the Celo Tenet Award of 2,000 cUSD each.
