CDC Group has announced the appointment of Seema Dhanani as the leader of its Nairobi Office while Benson Adenuga will head the Nigerian office.
Seema Dhanani joins CDC from Mauritius Commercial Bank where she was Chief Representative Officer for East and West Africa. She held responsibility for the bank’s office in Kenya.
In addition, she also oversaw governance, reporting, compliance and strategic client and regulatory coverage across East and West Africa for the MCB Group.
On the other hand, Benson Adenuga joins the firm from the International Finance Corporation (IFC). He was also the Equity Lead for the Financial Institutions Group (FIG) for Sub-Saharan Africa(SSA).
The firm is a development finance institution owned by the UK government. It is focused on the emerging markets of South Asia and Africa.
