Kenya’s central bank said on Tuesday it will auction two-year and 10-year Treasury bonds worth a total 35 billion shillings ($342.57 million) this month.
The bank said in a statement it would receive bids for the two-year and re-opened 10-year bonds between Jan. 5 and Jan. 19 ahead of their auction on Jan. 20.
The two-year bond will have a market-determined coupon rate, while the 10-year paper has a 12.371 percent coupon, the bank said.
