    Kenyan Investment Firm,Transcentury Ltd has appointed Mr Michael G. Waweru and the new Kenya Airways Chairman Ambassador Dennis Awori to its board with effect from 1st December 2015.

    Mr Michael G Waweru who is the former Kenya Revenue Authority Commissioner General and holds an MBA from Strathmore university and he is a Bachelor of Commerce(B.Com) graduate of University of Nairobi.The former private auditor of President Kibaki retired in March 2012 after nine years as Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA) Commissioner-General.

    3. Carol Musyoka -Exits the Board with effect from Today 30 November 2015

    A Consultant and Business Daily columnist Carol Musyoka has resigned from Transcentury Board with effect from 30 November 2015.She was recently appointed to the East African Breweries Ltd board as a Non-Executive Director. Carol has extensive senior-level experience in banking and corporate finance, having previously been Chief Operating Officer at K-Rep Bank, Corporate Director of Barclays Bank, Kenya and Corporate Manager with Citibank Kenya. Carol received her Masters of Law degree from Cornell University, USA and holds a Bachelor of Law degree from the University of Nairobi. She also sits on the board of BAT Kenya and SOS Childrens Villages.
