Media entrepreneur who is also a former New York City Mayor Mr Michael Bloomberg has confirmed that he will not be in attendance for the upcoming summit on illegal trade of wildlife.
Mr Bloomberg was one of the high profile guests invited to witness the event that is scheduled to take place on Saturday April 30th.
“We would like to clarify that Michael Bloomberg will not be in Kenya over the next few weeks, and will therefore not be in attendance at the event.” Read a statement from Africa Practice, the Public Relations firm for Bloomberg’s local operations.
