Hudson Andambi’s term as the Acting MD of Kenya Pipeline Company has been extended for an unspecified period by the Petroleum and Mining Cabinet Secretary John Munyes. Mr. Andambi will lead Kenya Pipeline Company until a substantive Managing Director is recruited.
In a press statement, the Cabinet Secretary revealed that Mr. Andambi had made good progress in enhancing revenue collection at the company. Moreover, the CS commended measures taken by acting managing director to streamline the company’s procurement and human resource processes.
“During the Tenure of Mr. Andambi, the KPC has made tremendous progress in enhanced revenue collection.” read the press statement. “The company has also put in place measures to streamline the procurement processes and restructuring of the company Human Resource,” it went on.

Andambi’s new tenure is tentative to allow the company to find a substantive Managing Director. He was first appointed to head the company in December 2018, after the DCI arrested Joe sang and other managers on courruption allegations.
