Africa’s Leading Ladies, a women empowerment community with over 400,000 members across the continent, has appointed Jacqueline Koni as its Chief Executive Officer.
- Jacqueline previously served as Vice Chair of the Makueni County Public Service Board for six years.
- She holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship from Kenyatta University and a B. ED in Arts, also from Kenyatta University.
- The community was founded by media personality Terryanne Chebet as the sustainability arm of her skin care products company Keyara Botanics.
In her new role, Koni will bring her strategic vision and passion for empowering women to the forefront. In a statement, the organization says her leadership will contribute significantly to the advancement of women in various professional domains and strengthen the impact of Africa’s Leading Ladies on the continent.
