Gem CM Construction has gone into receivership pursuant to provisions to the liquidation order issued on 2 November 2018.
The liquidator has asked creditors to seek claims against the firm by January next year.
“Creditors of the company are required on or before 18 January 2019 to send full particulars of all the claims they may have against the scheme to the undersigned, the Liquidator of the company, personally or by his advocates, to come in and prove their debts or claims set out in such notice, or in default thereof, they may be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved,” read the notice.
