Dr Susan Mboya Kidero resigned as the board chair of NSE listed insurance firm Liberty Holdings with effect from 24th October 2018.
She joined the company’s board in 2011 and was appointed chairman in December 2012.
“The board thanks Dr Mboya for her invaluable service, leading the board with utmost integrity during her tenure. The board will announce her replacement as chairman in due course and in the interim, Mr Phillip Odera, a non-executive director will act as Chair.” read a notice from the company through the Nairobi Securities Exchange.
Susan is the immediate former President of the Coca-Cola Africa Foundation and the group director of the Eurasia Africa Group (EAG) for women’s economic empowerment at Coca-Cola.
