International airline company, Emirates, will offer its Kenyan customers travel advice, consultancy, self-service smart technologies, and immersive displays of their products on their first retail store in the country.
- The retail store will enhance the airline’s hospitality index and upgrade services for its customers by minimising delays through self-service touchpoints.
- The airline is gearing up to celebrate its 30th year in Kenya after serving over five million passengers between Kenya and Dubai daily.
In 2023, Emirates partnered with Kenya Airways to connect to 28 more points in Africa through Nairobi, Mombasa, Kigali, Bangui, Nampula, and Kilimanjaro.
“We are pleased to bring our reimagined retail store concept to Africa for the first time, elevating our customer experience in Kenya, and then in more destinations across the continent in the coming months,” Adnan Kazim, Emirates’ Deputy President and Chief Commercial Officer said.
“The Emirates World store provides a flavour of the signature experience we offer, from friendly and insightful staff to hands-on showcases that bring our ‘Fly Better’ promise to life. We can’t wait to inspire our customers to discover more with Emirates when they visit the store,” he added.
