C-Suite advisory firm, P&L Consulting, has appointed Maureen Sande as its new Managing Partner, responsible for the firm’s strategic direction and operations.
Sande takes the helm as the firm marks 10 years in operations and gears up for its next phase of growth in delivery of insights-led strategic advisory in Capital Markets, Risk and Communications in constantly changing business environments.
Sande brings over 20 years of experience to the position, having led, managed and contributed to execution of strategic communication and advocacy campaigns and projects with government ministries and agencies, development partners and private sector companies at both strategic leadership and technical implementer levels.
Sande succeeds Mercy Randa who is the founder and current Managing Partner. Mercy will assume the role of CEO.
